I’m Jill Briggs -

I’ve called Darwin my home and cherished this land for over 20 years. For a long time, I lived a super busy life, and it started to take its toll. I felt like I couldn’t breathe. Managing a fairy empire, becoming a new mother, and traveling the world left my body and mind overwhelmed. Stress, anxiety, fear, self-judgment, and prioritising everyone else’s needs over my own self-care created havoc in my life. Tired and running on empty, this constant state of disease began to affect my relationships and overall quality of life.
