My Story
A Journey to Self Discovery & Balance
From Overwhelm to Balance
For over 20 years, I’ve called Darwin home, embracing the beauty and spirit of this incredible land. But like many, my path to finding balance has been a winding one, shaped by the challenges of a fast-paced life.
At one point, I was living a life that seemed picture-perfect from the outside—managing a thriving business, traveling the world, and becoming a new mother. Yet, inside, I felt completely overwhelmed. Stress, anxiety, and self-judgment took over as I prioritized everyone else's needs above my own. I found myself exhausted, disconnected, and running on empty.
The Turning Point
It wasn’t until I realized how deeply this dis-ease was impacting my relationships and overall well-being that I knew something had to change. The journey back to myself took time—eight years of self-study, formal training, and deep inner work. It was through this process that I created Breathe NT—a space where I could finally breathe, heal, and help others do the same.
My Mission:
Empowering You to Breathe Again
At Breathe NT, my mission is simple: to inspire, empower, and support individuals to evolve into their best selves.
Through accessible, practical tools—like breathwork and mindfulness—I help clients reconnect with themselves. These ancient practices are profound yet simple, and they’re available to you at any moment.
My role is to guide you back to your breath, back to your body, and back to yourself—helping you find balance and peace in the chaos of modern life.
A Deep Dive into Wellness
My transformation came through the power of meditation, breathwork, and self-discovery. Through practices like Vipassana 10-day silent meditations, yoga and meditation teacher training, countless self-discovery retreats and deep inner work, I emerged brighter, more balanced, and overflowing with energy and love.
As an experienced educator and facilitator, I now dedicate my life to guiding others through their own journeys of self-care and reconnection. Healing has been a part of my life since childhood, and I’ve come to deeply understand the demands of modern life and the importance of slowing down—even if just for a moment.
